   MyKaroo

MyKaroo for Firefox. This is the Mozilla Firefox extension which gives you access to all the comments and posts people have made to the MyKaroo system. It installs as an extension to the Firefox web browser and runs on any platform that supports Firefox.

Here's how to install it. While viewing this page in Firefox, click the button below to install MyKaroo. This will install the MyKaroo extension and add a MyKaroo menu item to Firefox's Tools menu. MyKaroo will run automatically whenever you restart your browser. Or if you'd prefer to only run it manually, turn off AutoShow in the MyKaroo menu item.

If clicking the button below doesn't start the install here is what to do.

1. Look at the top of this browser screen for a message saying "Firefox prevented this site (mykaroo.com) from asking you to install software on your computer." It looks like this:

2. Click the Edit Options button to the right of that message. The Allowed Sites screen will appear.

3. In the Allowed Sites screen, click the Allow button. This will let mykaroo.com install the plug-in browser extension.

4. Finally, click Close to exit the Allowed Sites screen, then re-click the big "Get MyKaroo" button below to restart the install. This time, Firefox will allow things to proceed.

You might want to update to the latest players to ensure that you can see the videos and hear the audio clips that people have posted on MyKaroo.

No adware, no spyware, no third-party programs, no funny stuff. Nothing but MyKaroo itself. And there's a clean, fast uninstall, so you can try it out and see what you think. You can uninstall from the MyKaroo menu item, or do it from Firefox's regular Extensions screen in its Tools menu.
